Yosemite Falls B&W - (#34)

"Ansel Adams contributed so much to the Promotion and interest in black & white photography through display. exhibition and sales of his own work. He lived and did a lot of dark room work in the Yosemite Valley.

I took this image of a large portion of the valley. in the middle of winter on a clear but crisp day. As I walked closer. with only a few birds darting about. I came upon a fox that had been startled at my approach. Looking cranky. making sounds to show his annoyance. he hastily scampered away into the leaveless horizon. leaving me alone to compose this image"
