"This is another face of "Mono Lake". Everytime I arrive. I am guaranteed a new look. This was a very hot. still day. over 100 degrees. with an abundance of mosquito-like creatures. preparing for their midday meal. I guess we were it.

I was particularly interested in the water in this marvelous abstract scene. as it appears to include more than one distinct color as it reflects the blue sky."
